hey, i am the leader of the Morag Tong. We were just formed a short while ago and are already looking for allies under the following conditions:

1) inactives are fair game for raids

2) trades will be completed within 4 days, if not the leader of the offender's alliance will punish them accordingly

3) active members of both alliances will not attack/espionage each other

4) the alliances will help each other in a war
